We will respond to all legitimate requests within one month, though this period may be extended by two further months if necessary, in which case we will inform you.
Data Security
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or access. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel
- Regular security assessments and updates

Data Retention
